Dawne Termini-owner
    Dawne has been practicing yoga since 2000, and became certified to teach in 2006
    through Kim Valeri of Yoga Spirit Studios, and is a RYT200.    Her teaching is
    Iyengar based, with a focus on proper alignment and the safety of her students.  Dawne
    also received a 10 hour Restorative Yoga training certificate through Judith Lasater
    and has taken workshops with Karina Ayn of Sangha Yoga, & Manorama.  She has
    also studied the Chakras and has taken a series of Ayurvedic massage courses.  Dawne
    will also be continuing her yoga education by pursuing her 500 hour certification in
    Yoga Therapy and right now is debating what else she wants to learn!  One thing she
    knows for certain is that yoga has changed her life for the better and she wants to be
    able to share that with whomever wants to come along for the ride!    


Jennifer Lucia-Yoga Instructor
    Jennifer Lucia is a Register Yoga Teacher (RYT) through the Yoga Alliance,
    having completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2006 through Yogaspirit®
    Studios with Kim Valeri.  Jennifer has studied with Judith Hanson Lasater, earning a
    10 hour Teacher Training certificate for Restorative Yoga.  She also studied with
    Manorama.  Jennifer turned to yoga after quitting smoking and found the Pranayama
    breathing techniques that accompanied most classes helped her to regain her breath.  
    She is most interested in connecting breath to movement and--feeling that laughter is as
    important as yoga--can sometimes be found quoting from a Mel Brooks movie in class.




Lynn MacDonald-Yoga Instructor

Lynn MacDonald is certified through YogaFit and is currently attending a 200-hr Yoga Alliance Teaching Training
at Sacred Rivers Yoga in Glastonbury, CT, that will be completed in December of 2008.  She is also an ACE-
Certified Personal Trainer.  Lynn began practicing yoga in 2003,  and states “the benefits of yoga are life changing
on both the physical and emotional level”.  Lynn’s passion for yoga comes across in her teaching as she guides her
classes through vinyasa flows and longer  holds of the postures, focusing in on breath to help keep students centered.  
She helps her students balance the body with the mind as yoga is a journey not a destination.

Cindy Parsons-Tai Chi Instructor

Cindy currently teaches T'ai Chi with Dancing Tao T'ai Chi,  LLC .  She has an extensive background in Martial
Arts as a recommended black belt  in Tae Kwon Do, and has been practicing T'ai Chi since 1992.  Cindy also holds
a  
certification in Energy Healing from the CT  Healing Institute in Wallingford,  CT, as well as being a Reiki III,
training to become a Reiki Master on June 14th, 2008!  Cindy's love of T'ai Chi shows as she is guiding students
through the beautiful and graceful T'ai Chi form;  her belief is that anyone can do T'ai Chi and  has started teaching
to people with injuries from a chair!   Cindy has also been an active meditator for 34 years, which brings an additional
depth to her  work.  



As we continue to grow, we will have more gifted teachers to bring the joy of yoga to you all!!!!!!!!!!
